Once the SUBMIT button at the bottom of page is clicked, the CIB ISFF DATA form offers either 2 or 3 different options for sending data using your Email:
Directly sends data form when SUBMIT FORM button is clicked. However, although it appears to work well with MS Outlook, it has problems and may NOT work with Windows Mail for VISTA. Some other systems may not work using this method as well.
Furthermore, a copy of the completed form CANNOT be saved on the customer's computer. They should print a paper copy for their records.
Customer CAN SAVE a copy of the completed form on their computer. In fact, the customer MUST save a copy of the form, because the data form is sent to CIB as an email attachment. Therefore, customer is required to send an Email with the saved form as an attachment to:
1) Customer has a completed copy of the form that they can send again if necessary.
2) Customer knows the form has been sent.
3) Customer can email CIB ISFF DATA form with the CIB ISF agreement. Both as attachments.
Complete instructions are given to customer when they select the Internet Email option.
